05 Jul 2009, Berlin, Germany --- The Arena Club in Berlin, part of a large former factory area on the banks of the River Spree now converted into artists studios, performances spaces, galleries, bars, restaurants and clubs. The Arena Club also has a large swimming pool floating on the river. Berlin, Germany --- The Oberbaum Bridge (German: Oberbaumbrücke) is a double-deck bridge crossing Berlin's River Spree, considered one of the city landmarks. It links Friedrichshain and Kreuzberg, former boroughs that were divided by the Berlin Wall, and has become an important symbol of Berlin's unity. The lower deck of the bridge carries a roadway. The upper deck of the bridge carries Berlin U-Bahn line U1, between Schlesisches Tor and Warschauer Straße stations. --- Image by © Yannick Tylle/Corbis
